ROYAL MAIL - SMALL PARCEL
All UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland (Maximum weight 2kg, maximum parcel size approx. A3 (297mm x 420mm x 150mm)
Ideal for small items like: pens, markers, brushes etc. Aerosols can not be shipped via Royal Mail.

Most UK postcodes, excluding Northern Ireland (Maximum weight 5kg, maximum parcel size 440mm x 300mm x 300mm

PLEASE NOTE: we use a courier service that requires a signature on delivery, Signing for receipt of good is acceptance that the goods have arrived in good condition. Therefore, goods must be checked before signing, or marked unchecked next to signature
In the event of items being damaged, photographic evidence may be required to show the extent of damage. Please do not dispose of items until we have fully investigated the situation as this may lead to no refund being given or we will be unable to refund the postage charges
DELIVERY TIMES Our aims are:
To deliver all items within 3-5 days but please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends)

Goods must be returned unused in their original packages
You must return the item with the appropriate postage insurance at your own expense, we can not refund if the item is damaged
